Spread over 3000 sq.ft. on two floors, Villa Al Bastini has spacious rooms with high chestnut-beamed ceilings on the upper floor which accommodate most of the common living areas, including a large air-conditioned living room with satellite television, VCR (video tapes for children), DVD and stereo system( with large CD library). There is a large fully-equipped kitchen with access to the outside barbecue and covered terraces, a dining room and a  master bedroom with handmade

Downstairs you will find the original entry hall, off of which there is a billiards room with a three quarter size snooker table and a cosy fireplace for off-season entertaining. There are two double and one single bedrooms on this floor - one with queen-sized bed and its own en-suite bathroom with shower and one with a standard double sized bed and a separate access to an outside covered terrace. This latter room and the single share the fourth bathroom, which has a bath with shower. The outside covered terrace is equipped with a table tennis table.
